Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert

Its not! Its another one of my easy dessert recipes that can actually be made quite simply in around 20 minutes plus the time needed for chilling.

MAKES: 12 – 16 servings
Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert Ingredients
20 divided chocolate cream filled chocolate-sandwich cookies
2 tbsp of softened full cream butter
1 package of softened cream cheese, about 8 oz
1/2 cup of creamy or crunchy peanut butter, I prefer organic
1-1/2 cups of icing sugar, also known as confectioners’ sugar
1 carton (about 16 oz) of thawed frozen whipped topping
15 mini chopped peanut butter cups
1 cup of cold whole milk
1 package (about 3.9 oz) of instant pudding mix, chocolate fudge flavor
Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert Directions
Grind or Crush 16 of the chocolate cream filled cookies and then toss along with the full cream softened butter. Firmly press into an 9 inch ungreased rectangle or square dish; put aside.
Using a medium to large bowl, whip or beat the cream cheese, the peanut butter along with 1 cup of the icing sugar until the texture is creamy and smooth. Carefully fold in about half of the thawed whipped topping and then Distribute over the crust. Sprinkle the top with the peanut butter cups.
Using a different large bowl, mix the whole milk, the pudding mix along with the remaining icing sugar on a low to medium speed for about A couple of minutes then allow it to stand for A couple of minutes or until it has soft set. Carefully fold in the remaining whipped topping.
Distribute over the peanut butter cups. Crush the remaining cookies and then sprinkle all over the top. Lastly Cover and then chill for around 3 hours. Enjoy!
