If you like coffee like i do then this is going to be a great treat. This recipe takes about 45 mins in total from start to finish, so pretty quick if you are strapped for time.

Tiramisu Cupcakes with coffee Marsala syrup Ingredients

For the cake
1 1/4 cups of cake flour
3/4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 cup of fresh milk
1 halved vanilla bean-pod, seeds scraped
4 Tablespoons of fresh unsalted butter
3 medium eggs and 3 egg yolks, room temp
1 cup of raw sugar
For the coffee marsala syrup
3/8 cup of espresso coffee
1 ounce of sweet Marsala
1/4 cup of raw sugar
For the fresh frosting
1 cup of heavy cream
8 ounce of mascarpone
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Unsweetened powdered cocoa
Espresso beans

Tiramisu Cupcakes with coffee Marsala syrup Instructions

Pre-heat stove to 325. Line 2 muffin dishes using paper liners (Eighteen total). Apply non-stick spray or butter in order to grease the tops of your muffin tray.
